These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AiSyncFlows website and the operations software we design, build, and host for your business. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
AiSyncFlows provides custom operations software for sign, print, and fabrication shops — including quoting, job tracking, proof approvals, and production scheduling. The specific scope of your deployment is agreed with you before work begins.
2. Setup & fees
Our pricing is based on a one-time setup fee for the tier you choose, with no monthly SaaS fees or per-seat charges unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any hosting, support, or additional work beyond your agreed scope will be quoted separately.
3. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and the pricing, workflows, and content needed to build your system.
- Keep your account credentials secure and control access within your team.
- Use the software lawfully and only for your legitimate business operations.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the services, including attempting to disrupt them, access data you are not authorized to access, or use them to violate any applicable law or the rights of others.
5. Intellectual property
You own the business data you enter into your system. We retain ownership of our underlying tools, frameworks, and know-how used to build and operate the software. Ownership of any custom-built deliverables is set out in your individual agreement.
6. Warranties & disclaimers
We work hard to deliver reliable software, but the services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind except those expressly stated in your agreement or required by law.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AiSyncFlows will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the fees you paid for the deployment giving rise to the claim.
8. Term & termination
Either party may end an engagement as set out in the applicable agreement. On termination, we will provide reasonable assistance to export your data.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.
